Following is the text of feedback email I send to West Metro Lawn and Snow: Hi; this has been my first season as a customer for your lawn services and as we reach the end of the season wanted to take the opportunity to provide you with feedback on my experience during this season My lawn started the season heavily damaged by vole activity during the winter. The way your team managed cutting height and treatments during the season resulted in an outstanding recovery that was beyond my expectations. My lawn has never looked as good as it does. Your team has done a fantastic job taking care of it and the services provided (I bought the full package of your lawn services). They have executed things not only by committed schedule but have taken incredible care on executing it with excellence taking care of running the equipment without damaging any of the common features in a lawn (flowerbeds; gutter spouts etc.). People make a difference in a service business such as yours. Keep taking care of your employees; training them and please extend this recognition to them. They deliver a great customer experience that is what sustains your brand. Your services are not the cheapest in the industry and that is PERFECTLY FINE!! You are delivering a superior experience and value proposition for your customers, and you have earned my repeated business for next season. Please do not fall into the spiral of death that is a race to the bottom versus your competition. The only (minor) opportunity for improvement I would raise is the possibility of your mowers to mulch the clippings as they work through the lawn; clumps of cut grass were visible after mowing services and it would be awesome is the mowers would mulch these and reintegrated them to the lawn. Again, a minor item for improvement and quite frankly I am not sure if commercial mowers have this functionality. Thank you for all you do; please share this feedback with your crew and keep up the magnificent work!!

I found a flier on my front porch. I figured why not, let’s see how much it will cost and their services. I have to say I was very impressed and happy with my experience with West Metro. The entire process was so easy, I scanned an QR code, entered my address and contact. Within 24 hours I received a quote. We had a big bare spot from removing our playset. When they did the aeration and overseed, the technician ran over the area multiple times to really churn up the dirt and then I watched him pop open the seed bin on the machine and hand sew a bunch of grass seed across that area. This service has been great. I have had for 2 years now and such a huge difference. Between the weed spots and creeping Charlie that has over taken neighbors on both sides, my lawn looks amazing! The service is complete and I’ve had no issues. After the first treatment I sent a message about a concern I had along the driveway and was messaged back in a timely manner and with great explanation of what was happening. I got in touch with West Metro Lawn & Snow after reading all the great google reviews they had. It was clear they stuck out as a clear local favorite. Our experience with them has been excellent. My lawn visibly improved within the first month of servicing (with proper watering of course). It's been two-years now and worth every penny. They have great communication and transparency. West Metro Lawn did a great job of Aerating, over seeding, and soil enrichment. The yard was very wet after all the rain recently and the tech doing the field work had to stop and repair a couple of areas of the lawn which the machine damaged because of the wet conditions. And the best part is that the company responded quickly to my inquiry and showed up when scheduled. Good job.

I've been very happy with West Metro's services - fertilizer, aeration, over seeding, weed control (lawn and landscape beds). Pricing is competitive, the results have been great, and I love how good their communication is on upcoming items and other services available. We have used West Metro for lawn care (fertilization and weed control) and snow removal services. They have provided excellent service and are great with communication. For the lawn - they give a heads up when service is planned to occur, instructions on what to do before and after, and general lawn care. The one time that we did see a few weeds in our yard, they came out promptly and performed an additional service. For snow removal - they are great with communication so we know exactly when the service will occur (or not if the threshold is not reached). The snow removal is super quick and very thorough.

I hired West Metro to remove the snow from my driveway. They were very reliable and always let us know when they would be coming, so that we could plan when we could exit our driveway. My removal guy used a tractor with a giant snowblower attached, that cleaned our driveway in just three passes, an amazing sight. We timed it - it took about two minutes and the entire driveway was clean!

Having never used this type of service previously, I reached out to several service providers including West Metro Lawn Care, and ultimately chose them. We have been working with WML&S for the past two years and are very happy with their services. Getting an estimate is extremely easy as they look at your lot from satellite images, so no need to schedule for someone to stop by. They are transparent in their prices and schedules. They send a notice when they will be stopping by to perform services, so we are always informed. They are also very responsive and polite in their emails. They are now accepting credit cards so that’s another plus! We really like their hassle-free business and knowing that our yard is taken care of. Our flower beds looked great last summer! I've contracted West Metro Lawn Care & Snow Removal for the past two winters and I'm very satisfied. Because the crews come in the middle of the night I park my truck on a portion of my front lawn. This past winter the snow became too deep to park on my lawn. After the most recent snowfall, and a mechanical failure on our snow blower, I reached out to West Metro for a one time snow removal request, knowing it was a long shot. I do not write reviews often however, it is hard to find a professional company these days. Chris does a phenomenal job communicating with us. His teams work is always very consistent and the attention to detail is above and beyond. Watching these guys get every single leaf out of the window wells and landscape beds was truly a work of art. I highly recommend West Metro Lawn Care & Snow removal. Chris the owner, is straight up a man of his word who goes out of his way to insure all of his clients are happy. If you are looking for a trust worthy lawn care or snow removal company this is definitely who you want to do business with. I initially had an issue with my aeration services, but Chris responded quickly to my emails then showed up at my door with a smile on his face and turned what I felt was initially a negative experience onto a positive one. We have had a great experience with West Metro Lawn Care and Snow Removal. We used them for our snow removal this year, and they absolutely take care of snow issues. The other thing I particularly like is that during storms/snow accumulation events, they send out an email when their crews are leaving for their routes, so that customers know that they are starting their routes. I find this very helpful. Additionally, we had an issue recently where we were out of town during a storm, and after the crew cleared the snow, winds blew high snow over the sidewalk again. I didn't realize that had happened as we had been out of town, and when we got home it appeared that the sidewalk had not been cleared, so I asked West Metro Snow Removal about it. He came out and looked at it and although it technically was not their responsibility to clear it a second time (it says clearly in the contract that they are obviously not responsible for winds that occur after snow has been cleared), out of courtesy he cleared it again for me. I find this attention to detail reassuring. He is very good about communication with us. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend West Metro Lawn Care & Snow Removal for your lawn and snow needs! I have been using these services for going on two years now and plan to continue. My yard needed a lot of work when we first started using West Metro's services for weed control and fertilization. By the end of the season, I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice my yard was looking! It was very green and looked much better than I expected it to. I also use the snow removal service through the winter season which I will never regret. Chris (owner) is fantastic at communicating with his clients during snowfalls to let us know when they will be coming out to clear our snow. It's always been removed in a timely manner, making my driveway conveniently cleared when I need it to be. Chris exceeds customer service expectations and knows how to run a business. Anyone looking for these services should definitely give this company a try!

I can not thank West Metro Lawn Care & Snow Removal enough for all they have done for us. It was stressful moving out of state before our home sold. We needed snow removed in the winter and lawn mowed in the summer. What a relief to leave that responsibility to a team we could well trust. They went above and beyond my expectations. I loved the email alerts and notifications when snow removal occurred. Always prompt and always did a great job, giving extra care to small details. They put together a contract that would accommodate our unique situation keeping in mind our home might sell quickly or might take awhile. They are reasonably priced, extremely professional and very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Professional and reliable service. I used WM L&S to cover a few weeks of lawn care while I was on travel. I made all arrangements via phone/email. I was provided a quote upfront, so there were no surprises. Service was completed as promised & I liked the quality of work. So will definitely reach out to them in future if needed.

West Metro has been taking care of our home since winter of 2014. They were always on time with snow removal. We've also used them this some for lawn care and they've done a great job. Most recently, they placed mulch throughout our yard. They worked hard and our yard looks great. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job. Fantastic work guys!! ~ Kamrun

They came by in the morning and were so quiet I didn't wake up till they knocked and said they were done. I had snow that was 20-30 inches high in places and they took care of it all. It's worth it when doing it myself would have sent me to the hospital with a much higher bill.

Chris Halvorson, doing business as West Metro Lawn Care, has really been a pleasant surprise for us. My snow blower broke down and a decision was made to call the people who plow my neighbor's driveway, which happens to be Chris. I was surprised to see him at my driveway when we had less than 2" of snow! But we had had several smaller snow falls that exceeded 2" combined. He said he was doing a "courtesy" visit to his customers and did my driveway with a smile even though he did not have to. Now that's service! I was so pleasantly surprised! I think we found an honest, reliable person, so I am giving my old snow blower away!

I have had my lawn taken care of regularly and my snow removed by them going on two years and they have been on time, thorough, responsive to any questions and very professional.
