Fertilization & Weed Control
A lush, weed-free lawn starts with proper nutrition. Our 7-step fertilization and weed control program delivers the right nutrients at the right time to build a thick, healthy lawn that crowds out weeds naturally.
Our 7-Step Program
Each application is carefully timed to Minnesota's growing season, ensuring your lawn gets exactly what it needs when it needs it — from early spring green-up through fall winterization.

Seasonal Breakdown
Spring
Total weed control
A blanket application treating 250+ broadleaf weeds including Creeping Charlie, Dandelions, Clover and other difficult weeds.
Crabgrass preventer round 1
Differing from competitors who apply granular at this time, we apply liquid which allows for full coverage of edges where lawn meets pavement. This builds up a barrier in the areas most susceptible to crabgrass.
Premium slow-release granular fertilizer
Abundant with organics and micro-nutrients, this app improves turf health before summer's hot and dry weather arrives. This treatment will not only better equip your lawn to handle the stresses of summer, but it will also surpass neighboring lawns with deep green color.
Summer
Total weed control
A blanket application treating 250+ broadleaf weeds. (Creeping Charlie, Dandelions, Clover, etc.)
Undesirable grass control
Rare for this service to be a standard part of a lawn care program. Unheard of for it to be provided at no additional charge. We aim to prevent crummy grasses, bentgrass, quackgrass, from taking over your turf.
Crabgrass preventer round 2
Most of our competitors treat for crabgrass one time. We follow the manufacturer's recommendation and apply a second coat.
Crabgrass control round 1
This round also targets any crabgrass that snuck past us and made it to germination.
